The premiere of the Trekking and hiking destination in Ethiopia. covers 412km2. It was inscribed as a Natural World Heritage Site in 1979, whereupon UNESCO lauded it as “one of the world’s most spectacular landscapes, with jagged mountain peaks deep valleys and sharp precipices dropping some 1,500m”. In addition to the splendid scenery and hiking opportunities, the Afro Montane meadows and moorlands of the upper Simien also form one of Ethiopia’s most important biodiversity hotspots, populated by an endemic plants and animals including Walia ibex, gelada baboon, and Ethiopian wolf.

Tour Itinerary
Take the morning flight after having breakfast in the hotel.
After arrival in Gondar make a hotel check-in. In the afternoon, you will visit the sites of Gondar,
including a visit to the Royal Enclosure, with six castles and several other buildings. Overnight stay
in Gondar.
After breakfast depart for the stunning Simien Mountains National Park. The jagged mountains
and deep valleys lend spectacular views to these mountains, that are home to many Ethiopian
endemic animals
Gelada baboon, Walia ibex and Ethiopian wolf.
Accommodation will be on the camping sites throughout the trekking trip on the Semien Mountain. 4 nights and 5 days trekking trails.
Overnight in Gonder.
In the morning after breakfast transferred to the Gonder airport to catch the flight to Addis.
pick up from the airport will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel.
The tour will be ended after ddropping off at the airport for the international fligh
