Tour Itinerary
Catch the morning flight to Lalibela after having breakfast at the hotel. Transfer you to the hotel 24km from the airport to Lalibela town.
Time for hotel check-in And lunch, then Tour starts at 2pm until 5pm for the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela. Transfer you back to the hotel to end the day wondering the gorgeous view with the sunset from the hotel.
Overnight stay in Lalibela.
In the morning drive outside the town for 45km to see the stunning ancient monastery called " Yimrehane Kirstos" meaning "Christ is our Leader".
Drive back to Lalibela town after the visit. Lunch stop in the town before heading to visit the second group churches in Lalibela.
In the afternoon from 2 to 5 finish visiting the rock churches of lalibela. Walking back to the hotel through the old village of Lalibela.
Overnight stay in Lalibela.
In the morning after having breakfast in the hotel drive to Bahir Dar. The regional state city of Amhara peoples. Catagorized as the #1beautiful and cleanest city in Ethiopia.
Driving through this road gives you a unique experience to wonder the natural beauty of
topography variations in the northern Ethiopia.
Stopover at " Awura Amba" Village to visit the culture and lifestyle of the peoples who live in different way of life philosophy while they're still Amhara tribe. Continue driving after the visit and stop at " Debre Tabor" for lunch. Proceed to Bahir Dar crossing several small towns and villages along the way. Stop at one of the village in the countryside on the road to see LOCAL Beer making process and see the local recipe.
Arrive in Bahir Dar by the evening. Around 5:30pm
Overnight stay in Bahir Dar.
In the morning after breakfast go for the boat cruise over Lake Tana. Reach to the ancient monastery after 50 minutes of boat ride. Most of The monasteries in the believed to be established
from the 14th century. Some even says older than that. After the visit back to Bahir Dar for lunch stop before proceeding to Gonder.
Continue the driving to Gonder for 170km across the view on the road here again. Upon arrival in Gonder go to visit the Royal enclosure of the Gonderian Kings from the 17th century. Next go for the hotel check-in.
Overnight stay in Gonder.
In the morning visit the Pool palace of King Fasiledes who was the founder of Gonder town as a Capital of Ethiopia during his empire by 16:32 and visit the Trinity church in Gonder town.
Drive to Semien Mountain National Park after the morning visit in the town.
Late lunch at Semien Mountain lodge. After some Break make a hike. See the endemic baboon through your hiking is obvious. Walk back to the lodge for the night.
Overnight at Semien Mountain Lodge.
Early morning at 6am drive to Cheneq Where the Hiking and Walya Ibexes watching point in the mountain. After arrival open the picnic box for the breakfast. After wondering what nature offers here drive back to Gonder.
Overnight in Stay in Gonder.
Transferred to the airport in the morning after breakfast in the hotel.
Upon arrival in Addis, make the city tour. National museum, Minilik Palace at Entoto mountain, Merkato the biggest open market in Africa and Trinity Cathedral. Lunch stop at one of the best restaurant in Addis.
Tour ends by dropping you off at the airport for your international flight back home.
